When pure refinery Bitumen is milled in to very small particles and dispersed with hot water and chemical emulsifier becoming bitumen emulsion - SAUDICOAT. When emulsion is used in the field, the water evaporates and the emulsifier retained with bitumen.

As with all chemical products, care should be taken to avoid contact with skin, eyes, mouth and foodstuffs. Treat splashes to eyes and skin immediately, by thorough washing with clean water. If ingested seek medical attention.
